The Kinds of Books I Write

Mysteries/Crime

Everyone loves a good mystery or a crime to solve.

I write mine with engaging memorable characters that are flawed, likable, and vulnerable all at the same time. Yet you want to visit these people again and again. They all mange to find that inner strength when the chips are down, and the odds seems stacked against them.

There may be romance, sometimes not, but danger is always lurking around the corner.

The plots will take twists and turns, sometimes having you rooting for the unlikely protagonist

The whodunnit is not always the obvious, but it will always make sense on the end.

Espionage/International Intrigue

Dream about traveling to foreign lands? I’ll take you there in these stories of spies, double agents, foreign dignitaries and corrupt world leaders.

All the books I write I have visited in my travels. Although the story lines and plots are completely fictional, some have a grain of truth in them that they are plausible.

Some countries are actual locals, others of hybrids of actual places.

Either way, when you read these stories, you’ll be swept away into a world of danger and intrigue.

Romantic Suspense

These stories can be dark, funny or have dark humor.

They will always involve two people brought together by dangerous circumstances. These stories are fast paced in action, but slow and simmering in romance

Sometimes the characters start out as bitter enemies, but find a common ground through their exploits. Others are long lost lovers, thrown together by some traumatic incident in their past.

In the end, love is found, and conflicts are resolved.

Cozies

Want some light reading, but still want a good mystery to solve?

My cozies are cute, quirky, sometimes zany, but will always have you guessing.

You will meet the most eccentric characters in these stories, but all of them will always have a crime at the center of the tale.

There may be a body or something less benign, but someone will always be brought to justice.
